NINETYK Comfort Guarantee on all saddles.

 

If you are not satisfied with your NINETYK saddle within the first 2 weeks of your purchase date

then the saddle can be returned to the store for an exchange.

At NINETYK we believe that it is important to install the saddle in the most optimal position for comfort and performance. Prior to returning your saddle, check out our NINETYK saddle install video for some helpful tips on, getting it set up and dialed in. If you follow some of these basic tips from our resident Pro Bike Fitter Dave Howells it might make the saddle very comfortable!

 

Conditions for return

If you are not satisfied with your NINETYK saddle within the first 2 weeks of your purchase date

then the saddle can be returned to the store for an exchange.

The saddle cannot be damaged in anyway. 

This includes, tears, cracks, scares, scratches, bent rails, cuts, burn marks, bit marks.

 

Crash replacement Program

At NINETYK we hate talking about whip outs, but it happens. If you have an accident and the saddle is damaged to a point where it is no longer ridable, Ninetyk will sell you a new saddle for half price. All crashes need to be within the first 2 years of purchase date.
